Τέλος στα πλάισια του συγκεκριμένου έργου απασχολήθηκαν συνολικά εννέα νέοι ερευνητές, ήτοι τέσσερεις μεταδιδάκτορες (δύο από το Γεωπονικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, ένας από το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο, ένας από το Εθνικό Ίδρυμα Ερευνών) και πέντε υποψήφιοι διδάκτορες (ένας από το Γεωπονικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, δύο από το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο, δύο από το Εθνικό Ίδρυμα Ερευνών), ενώ ολοκληρώθηκαν (ή ολοκληρώνονται σύντομα) πέντε μεταπτυχιακές διπλωματικές εργασίες (Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο και Εθνικό Ίδρυμα Ερευνών) και 16 πτυχιακές εργασίες (επτά από το Γεωπονικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και εννέα από το Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο)
